3. The default light product comes with hardwired accessories (used to attach to the ceiling), I want the type of accessories that can be plug-in?
Of course, if you want to use a plug wire, please message me. I will customize for you for free.
4. I want the wire to be longer than the default (1.5M). Can you customize?
No problem, please note the wire length you need or message me, I will customize for you. Cords will be free of all lengths.
5. My order has many products, why did I only receive 1 package?
Due to packaging issues, orders are sometimes shipped in separate packages. If you only received one package, don't worry, the rest are on their way. We always provide tracking numbers of all packages
6. Can products with quality problems be returned for free?
If you receive a damaged, defective item or if it is not the item you ordered, we will of course provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 5 days and report any discrepancies (with pictures) to us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a perfect solution as soon as possible.
