Refund policy

Our products are always completed and thoroughly tested to have the best quality sent to customers. However, sometimes there are unexpected incidents due to testing errors, defective products, product confusion, or damage due to transportation. Don't worry, we always guarantee our products. We always refund or send replacement products whenever there is a problem. Customers will always be satisfied when shopping at our store.

RETURN:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Warm reminder: Please check the order content clearly before placing an order. If it is a buyer's problem that caused the wrong purchase, the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. Thank you! (Customs duties need to be paid by the buyer)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for a return address – sometimes we can provide local shipping addresses in certain countries which can help with both time and cost of sending a return.
The buyer would be responsible for shipping costs to return – we advise using tracking as this allows you to follow the item being returned & provides confirmation upon receipt.

Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for return address.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know asap and retain both the item and the packaging so that we are able to start a claim and/or return with the carrier.
We will always refund or send a free replacement product for defective or damaged products during shipping
Simply contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging and we will be able to start a return and/or refund or replace the item for you.

Order lost
If your order is deemed 'lost' by our carrier, we will send you a replacement at our expense or give you a full refund.
Modify or cancel orders
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request an order modification (such as changing size/color/address) or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will go into production and can no longer be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order.

Exchanges & Replacements
If you would like to exchange an item, feel free to contact us to discuss and arrange the exchange and the best options for you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email , or contact us.
You may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Normally, it takes us about 2-3 business days to process refunds. Due to different processing times at customers' banks, it may take up to 10 business days to receive the refund amount.
For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Method of refund: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
